Who We Are
ENOS Limited was founded in 2001 by Geoff Porritt — a transformation programme specialist with 30+ years of hands-on experience across financial services, retail, public sector, and enterprise technology.
ENOS doesn't build the programmes. We assess them. That independence is the point. When you're too close to a programme — or too invested in it — you stop seeing what's actually going on. We provide the external view that internal teams, however talented, cannot give themselves.
The work is diagnostic. The output is evidence. And the evidence is designed to be placed in front of a board, an audit committee, or a regulator without further translation.
